Below are the terms of our coaching agreement. Please read and answer them carefully. It also displays my commitment and promise to you as your coach. Coaching cannot commence until completed.

Now here is my promise to you as your coach:

• I promise to give you my full care and attention

• I promise to coach you to the highest standard using the most current and up to date methods of achieving results

• I promise to respond to you in the most timely manner possible (no more than 24hrs)

• I promise to respect your privacy and data, and will only share with your consent

• I promise to support, educate and guide you through the whole coaching process in the safest and most enjoyable manner possible.
